This is very strong
massage by combination of acupressure,
stretching and kreck the body to stimulate and release tense muscles.
PRONE POSOTION
LEG
Steps
1.
Walk on the sole of the feet 10 counts
2.
Alternating palm pressure from gastroc
to the hamstring 2x
3.
Alternating thumb pressure from sole of
the feet to hamstring 2x
4.
Repeat steps 2
5.
Picking up from right sole of the feet
to hamstring 2x
6.
Pressure point on the gluteus with
elbow, 1x. circle 3x
7.
Walk on the hamstring
8.
Repeat steps 5-7 for left leg
9.
Quadriceps stretch for both of leg
10.
Cross the right leg and walk on the
right legfrom hamstring to tibialis 2x
11.
Repeat steps 10 for left leg
12.
Walk on the both of hamstring 6 counts
BACK
Steps:
1.
Walk on the hamstring, alternating palm
pressure side of vertebrae 2x
2.
Straighten leg, alternating thumb
pressure side of vertebrae 2x, thumb friction 2x, palm pressure 2x
3.
Thumb friction entire gluteus and
alternating palm pressure
4.
Lift up the right leg and walk on the
right of the back 2x
5.
Repeat steps 4 for left side
6.
Lift up both of the leg, and walk on the
back from upper to lower back 1x
7.
Lift up right hand and left leg and walk
on right back 3x, repeat to other side
8.
Hold both of the guest hands and stretch
pectoralis 3x
9.
Alternating palm pressure from back, hands,
and leg
10.
Push gluteus 6 counts, drainage going to
legs.
